Account Manager

Job description


Socialab, a digital first advertising agency, is currently looking for an experienced account manager.

The main responsibilities for the position will be:

  • Oversee Day to Day Operations
  • Daily Contact with Clients
  • Oversee Content & Reports
  • Propose new services and ideas to clients
  • Comply with agreed schedule, campaigns, targets / KPIs
  • Oversee special projects
  • Financial compliance
  • Attend client meetings


Requirements (must have):

  • Working experience of at least 2 years at an advertising or digital agency
  • Team player

Traits (nice to have):

  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to quickly complete a large volume of high-quality work
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration
  • Good listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Advanced level proficiency in English speaking, reading and writing.
